• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us at support@houseoftumsong.com within 7 days of delivery with a photograph.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting us at support@houseoftumsong.com.
• If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Products that have been opened or used.
• Orders cancelled after dispatch.
